Since we create personalized, one-of-a-kind keepsake books, it is not possible to offer refunds once you have approved your proof and your Keepsake Book has been sent to be published. If you have concerns about the quality of your Keepsake Book, please contact our Customer Support team. Unfortunately, we cannot offer returns on unused Kidtreasures Boxes.
